When my youngest Otillie reached her first birthday, we had just moved house, so she didn’t get to have a big birthday party to celebrate her first year mile stone. The curse of been the second child strikes again!

However, I soon realised it’s more about her having fun, and cake, lots of cake. Hence the reason for the cake smash photoshoot. She absolutely loved getting messy, and the result are some beautiful pictures and memories for her to look back on.

And thanks to The Cake Tin York for providing such a beautiful and delicious cake, the bright coloured cake and glittery buttercream icing made the cake all the more enticing for Otillie and looked fab in the pictures.
